I've been thinking about what I wanted to post this week. It was kind of bugging me. I had the nagging feeling of wanting to write something, but nothing was coming. There always much to say but no words that can convey what I'm thinking or feeling. ARRRGGHHHH!!!
Then I asked out loud, "what should I write?" And as usual John Henry sent the answer this time by way of Greg. GZuk just happened to send me a link to Emily's Gems, specifically about the color orange. Here is an excerpt:

I am crying now...missing him so much. I didn't even think he was "speaking" through me when I sent that to you, but I guess he is all around us now...and you can never tell what he might want to say! lord knows he had/has a lot to say!

AND, it is SO funny, I just happened to be getting dressed today (before I knew you were posting this) and I said to myself, I think I am going to wear my orange Cherry Grove Fire Island shirt today! coincidence? hmmmmmmm

I too had a weird JH experience this week. Yesterday morning while dressing (no I wasn't putting on my orange JH socks, but I do still wear them once a week)I just thought of The Whore and broke down crying. It didn't last long, but I was filled with an overwhelming feeling of sadness and loss. That very night when I got home there was a large package for me, posted from Mamaroneck. I opened it to find a caricature of John Henry matted and framed! While I know this will make a fabulous addition to the Whore Room (my second bedroom, reserved since his first visit for "Whores Only"), I have no idea who sent this! Any thoughts?
